Farm day finds. Time to cook.
In Tiger’s younger days he was the king of the neighborhood. I imagine he had multiple girlfriends and had a tough time scheduling all of them in. In his later years he was the king of our backyard. He loved sprawling out in the sun for hours, only coming in to get a bite to eat or when we forced him to come in because the sun was setting.
He was older than, and out lived, all of his furry relatives including Peanut, Cali, and Mutley and will be missed by his newer pal, Cash, in addition to the humans who loved him.
He died peacefully wrapped in his favorite blanket on our couch surrounded by my parents, Cash, the veterinarian and myself. He slept through the whole procedure (2 injections) and didn’t seem to be in any pain whatsoever. I am very happy for that.
*this is the last picture taken of Tiger, a few days ago while he slept in the sunlight on my bed. :)
I’m very excited to announce to my HUGE blog following that I am finally done with college. It’s taken me 10 years but I am actually done. YES!!
Total bum status has already begun. I’ve been getting up late (like noon) and not really doing much. I don’t really eat any vegetables and I seem to wear the same clothes over and over. I’ve found myself getting up, putting on a movie I’ve seen dozens of times, and then just sitting around pretending to be productive with all the crap laying around my house.
Things to do this summer:
